What they need
- CoverageOne uniformed, unarmed guard per shift, 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m., seven days a week, including weekends and holidays; estimated 1,936 hours, subject to adjustment.
- Service periodEstimated November 1, 2026–June 30, 2027, with a possible one-year renewal.
- DutiesCampus patrols, access checks, opening and closing tasks, emergency response support, escorts, daily logs, and incident reports.
- QualificationsHawaii-licensed guard agency with at least five consecutive years of higher education security experience serving campus populations over 3,000; registered, bonded guards with required safety training and First Aid/CPR certification.
- Staffing and trackingProvide qualified relief for breaks and absences, additional coverage with 24 hours' notice, and web-based scheduling, GPS tracking, and patrol verification.
- PricingProvide an all-inclusive hourly rate and total for 1,936 hours, covering training, uniforms, equipment, insurance, overhead, and taxes. Minimum guard wage is $23.39/hour, increasing to $24.32/hour July 1, 2027.
