What the job is
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM, excluding Hawaii state holidays; continuous coverage, including staff breaks.
Term: 12 months from the authorized start date, with approximately 1,600 service hours and potential extensions.
Duties: Reception and hearing-area security, access control, hourly patrols, conflict de-escalation, closing security, and sanitizing common areas as needed. Staff must not initiate physical contact.
Personnel: Uniformed, background-checked guards trained in conflict management and able to stand for prolonged periods.
Qualifications: Valid Hawaii guard service license, at least two consecutive years in business, and a permanent Hawaii office and representative.
Pricing: All-inclusive hourly rate covering labor, supplies, taxes, and fees; include a total for 1,600 estimated hours. Listed base wage minimum is $22.50/hour, subject to applicable increases.
Insurance: General liability coverage of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate.
