Security: CJIS compliance, U.S.-only storage and processing, encryption, MFA, role-based access, tamper-evident audit logs, and SOC 2 Type II or equivalent attestation.
Implementation: Data onboarding, configuration, applicable historical migration, acceptance testing, documentation, and initial on-site role-based training.
Operations: Minimum 99.5% monthly uptime, backup and disaster recovery, ongoing support, included updates, and data export at no additional cost.
Pricing: Itemize implementation and training, plus licensing, hosting, and support for one year after acceptance and four additional annual options. Include taxes, recurring fees, and separately priced optional items.
