What the job is
Trailer specifications: Road-towable, self-contained, solar-powered units with covered, tamper-resistant wiring, a minimum 20-foot collapsible mast, continuous 360-degree camera coverage, infrared capability, and motion/intrusion and human/vehicle detection.
Video and monitoring: HD live streaming, continuous minimum 4K recording, and cloud storage with at least 14-day retention; live video and recordings accessible through a standard browser at any time. Include 24/7 monitoring and 911 alerts for designated incidents.
Security features: Floodlights, blue strobes, two-way communication, breakaway tongue, lockable doors, and GPS tracking. Allow mounting of independently solar-powered license plate reader cameras.
Delivery and support: Deliver and set up within 90 calendar days of order; include maintenance, full-term warranty, and one training session of up to eight hours. Relocate trailers within 72 hours of request at no additional charge.
Damage coverage: Include vandalism/damage coverage and repairs within 48 hours; provide a replacement unit if equipment remains inoperable beyond 48 hours, at no additional charge.
Additional support: Include an in-person representative for court testimony regarding equipment operation and video accuracy when requested, at no additional charge.
Pricing: Provide the monthly price per trailer and total for three trailers over 12 months, including monitoring, delivery, setup, taxes, and all required support.
