Scope: Installation, repair, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, and replacement of EV chargers, Ventek parking equipment, Premisys access control systems, gate operators, panels, lighting, and associated wiring.
Qualifications: Applicable Hawaii electrical contractor licenses and current manufacturer authorization or certification for both Ventek and Premisys systems. Please include documentation.
Emergency service: 24/7 availability, including weekends and holidays, with acknowledgment within one hour and dispatch as directed.
Term: Twelve months of on-call service with no guaranteed minimum hours or service calls.
Pricing: Provide your hourly labor rate, including applicable taxes and service-related costs. Identify parts and materials separately; additional premiums, travel charges, and emergency fees require prior approval.
