What the job is
Call-taking system: At least three fully equipped, licensed NG911 workstations using the existing Intrado Viper platform; no substitute platform. Include voice, multimedia, mapping, recording, real-time transcription and translation, and integrated SMS Text-to-911.
Integration: Connect with existing county Intrado Viper systems, statewide ESInet, and Motorola Flex, Motorola P1, Hexagon, and CentralSquare CAD environments, including backup failover and recovery.
Network: Arista 720XP-equivalent PoE switching, routing, up to three racks, transceivers, wireless access points, and CloudVision-equivalent network management.
Cabling: Install and certify 60 CAT6 runs, grounded cable tray with maximum 30% fill, protected fiber to the demarcation point, and patch panels. Include patch cords, labeling, test results, and as-built documentation.
Deployment and support: Verify space, power, UPS, cooling, and grounding; include configuration, acceptance and failover testing, training, and 24/7/365 monitoring, technical support, hardware replacement, and software maintenance.
Schedule and pricing: Anticipated service period is October 2026 through August 2027. Provide an all-inclusive fixed price with a category breakdown, assumptions, and separately priced ongoing renewals and support.
