Connectivity: Include dedicated transport, single-mode fiber with duplex LC handoff, native IPv4/IPv6 dual stack, and eBGP support for customer-owned address space.
Reliability: Tier 1 or Tier 2 provider, 99.999% availability SLA, 24/7 monitoring and technical support, and an online usage portal. Identify physical route diversity and shared failure points across locations.
Security: Include routing security controls and separately price optional DDoS detection and mitigation.
Schedule and term: Service accepted by July 1, 2027, for three years with two optional annual extensions. Include installation lead times and any construction or cross-connect work.
Pricing: Provide standalone monthly and one-time charges by location and bandwidth tier, renewal-year rates, burst billing terms, and all taxes and surcharges. You may quote one or more locations.
