Fleet467 school buses, including wheelchair-accessible buses, and 329 support vehicles, including cars, SUVs, and light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks.
ServicesAs-needed diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs covering engines, transmissions, drivetrains, steering, suspension, air/hydraulic brakes, electrical systems, HVAC, diesel/gasoline/CNG/propane fuel systems, glass, wheelchair lifts, and fire suppression systems. Please identify the services and vehicle types you support.
StandardsOEM repair procedures; OEM parts and recommended supplies preferred. OEM/ASE certifications and manufacturer authorization for warranty repairs required.
Parts and warrantyMaximum two-day parts turnaround, with delays reported promptly; minimum 90-day parts and labor warranty.
PricingProvide shop and on-site hourly labor rates, a flat diagnostic service-call fee, and parts markup or discount percentage. Include travel and all other costs, identify the labor guide used, and exclude overtime charges.
ScheduleService hours are Monday–Friday, 5:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern; initial service term is one year.
