Scope: Restore light-duty vehicles up to 8,500 lbs GVW to pre-incident condition, including body panel repairs/replacement, frame and unibody straightening, mechanical/electrical repairs, and color-matched painting.
Term and capacity: Three years of as-needed services, with no guaranteed volume; capacity for three additional vehicles at a time.
Qualifications: Licensed repair shop with five years’ experience, an ASE Master Collision Repair/Refinishing technician or approved equivalent, two hybrid safety-trained technicians, and one EV safety-trained technician.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive fixed hourly rates for repair, tire/wheel installation, painting, paint/materials, alignments, estimates, polishing, and scanning; include parts discounts/markups, glass discounts, and tire markups. Markups must not exceed 25%.
Warranty: At least 12 months on repairs/painting and 90 days on parts or the manufacturer’s warranty, whichever is longer.
