Labor pricing: Quote separate hourly rates for an electrician and helper during regular hours (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.) and after-hours/weekend/holiday emergencies. Include travel, insurance, overhead, and small tools; one-hour minimum per service request.
Materials and equipment: Specify the percentage markup on actual costs for materials, parts, and specialty equipment. Quick access to specialty equipment is required.
Qualifications: Properly licensed electrical personnel; all work must meet current electrical codes.
