Facility: Within 20 miles of the address above, with factory-trained, certified technicians and Utah business licensing.
Estimates: Written estimates within 8 hours of receiving each bus; approval required before repairs.
Parts and warranty: OEM parts unless alternatives are approved in writing; minimum one-year warranty on parts and labor.
Pricing: Diagnostic charge, hourly labor rates by bus make and for front-end and other non-engine repairs, plus OEM and non-OEM parts discounts off MSRP/list price. Include all fees and delivery charges, with no fuel surcharges.
Service period: One year starting December 1, 2026, with pricing fixed for that year; no guaranteed work volume.
