What the job is
Clearing: Estimated 4,850,000 sq. ft. of normal clearing, including trees up to 8 inches in diameter, and 790,000 sq. ft. of heavy clearing for trees 8–12 inches in diameter; include debris disposal.
Mowing: Estimated 65,500,000 sq. ft.; cut vegetation up to 2 inches in diameter to a maximum height of 4 inches, including hand cutting around manholes and inaccessible areas.
Herbicide treatment: Estimated 8,500,000 sq. ft. of selective vegetation control by Georgia-licensed right-of-way applicators; include required retreatments for brush regrowth within six months or failure to die off within two months.
Hand clearing: Estimated 160 crew hours using a foreman and two crew members with hand or lightweight power tools.
Tree and stump removal: Quote per unit for diameter ranges up to 6 inches, 6–12 inches, 12–24 inches, and 24 inches or greater. Estimated tree quantities: 110, 120, 125, and 25; stump quantities: 35, 35, 20, and 5, respectively.
Gate installation: One standard gate assembly.
Pricing and schedule: Provide unit rates including labor, materials, equipment, and disposal, valid through September 30, 2028. Work is assigned as needed; mowing must begin within three working days of direction.
