Mowing: Estimated 65,500,000 sq. ft.; cut vegetation up to 2 inches in diameter to a maximum height of 4 inches, including hand cutting around manholes and inaccessible areas.
Herbicide application: Estimated 8,500,000 sq. ft. of selective vegetation control; Georgia pesticide contractor and right-of-way applicator licenses required. Include retreatment for brush regrowth within six months or failure to die off within two months.
Specialty work: 160 crew-hours of hand clearing with a foreman and two crew members; 380 tree removals and 95 stump removals across four diameter categories; one standard gate installation. Please provide separate unit rates by size.
Schedule and pricing: As-needed services through September 30, 2028, with mowing starting within three working days of direction. Quote unit rates plus mobilization, including labor, materials, equipment, disposal, and restoration.
