Septic and well: Remove the 1,500-gallon septic tank and drainfield, log and wood-frame well house, concrete well enclosure, and footings. Include well closure by a licensed water well contractor and closure documentation.
Town Creek Road: Remove the gate system at 2335 and four-rail wood fencing at 1932, comprising seven front sections and four side sections, including posts and footings.
Removal and disposal: Remove all associated foundations, footings, necessary vegetation, and debris; haul to an appropriate landfill or recycle. Arrange utility locates and keep work within designated demolition limits.
Site restoration: Backfill voids to 95% compaction, grade for positive drainage, smooth disturbed areas, and provide erosion controls, temporary seeding, and 2–4 inches of straw cover.
Site verification: Visit the sites to verify quantities and conditions before quoting.
