MaintenanceOn-site service every six months, including visual, electrical and radiation checks, calibration, worn-part replacement, and inspection reports. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with staggered servicing to maintain equipment availability.
RepairsOn-site response within 48 hours for routine calls and within two hours for emergencies, with 24/7 coverage including holidays.
PricingProvide all-inclusive maintenance pricing per unit per visit and regular, overtime, and emergency hourly repair rates. Include travel, tools, and access-screening costs; no separate trip or mileage charges. Unanticipated repair parts are reimbursed at cost without markup.
Term and warrantyTwo years beginning July 15, 2027, or later upon selection, with fixed pricing throughout. Replacement parts and labor require at least a one-year warranty.
