Equipment: Addison, Carrier, York, or approved equivalent; no Daikin. Scroll compressors, EER greater than 10, and R-454B refrigerant subject to compatibility and code requirements. Conventional copper-tube/aluminum-fin coils only, with factory corrosion protection.
Complete installation: Include engineering, labor, materials, permits, removal/disposal, lifting, required piping, electrical, controls, drainage, ductwork and support modifications, testing, balancing, startup, and commissioning.
Schedule and warranty: Start on or after June 1, 2027; target completion August 1, 2027. Include a five-year parts warranty and materials/workmanship coverage.
