Scope: Exterior components of 110 structures affected by hail damage, limited to surfaces and materials involved in planned exterior repairs.
Asbestos testing: Visual inspection, sampling, and laboratory analysis of suspected asbestos-containing materials.
Lead testing: XRF testing and/or laboratory paint-chip analysis of exterior painted or coated surfaces.
Reporting: Document material locations, analytical results, and required abatement or remediation protocols before repairs; include follow-up inspections as required.
Mandatory site tour: October 22, 2026, 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., Building 5A; attendance and sign-in required.
