Coverage: 24/7 monitoring for 36 months, covering 14 Perris, 8 Chino, 3 Mt. San Jacinto, and 7 Silverwood Lake locations.
Equipment: Use existing DMP XR150 network control panels with cellular backup and Virtual Keypad management, including integrated door access at designated locations. Include setup and programming as needed.
Monitoring: Include intrusion and audio monitoring, designated camera monitoring, alarm verification, and activity reports. Retain event audio for five business days and archive reports for five years.
Maintenance: Include testing, inspections, preventive maintenance, battery replacement, and normal wear repairs under a full-service warranty. Repair response required within eight hours, with after-hours emergency service available.
Qualifications: California C-7, C-10, or B license and an installer-owned and operated UL-certified monitoring center, with at least two UL-approved central stations.
Pricing: Separate setup costs, monthly monitoring by service area, and service/repair call charges including trip fees. Include applicable taxes and identify exclusions.
