Scope: Fertilization and weed, insect, and fungus control for St. Augustine and Centipede turfgrass; include all labor, chemicals, supplies, equipment, and transportation.
Schedule: Six applications annually, with each site's treatment completed by 9:00 a.m. the day work begins. Service starts the first day of the month following agreement execution and runs through September 30, 2027.
Treatments: Seasonal applications include 24-0-11 granular fertilizer, 0-0-50 potash, 46-0-0 liquid fertilizer, iron and micronutrients, and pre- and post-emergent weed control. March granular fertilizer must contain at least 30% slow-release material.
Service requirements: Appropriately licensed applicators, monthly treatment reports, and callbacks for spot treatments or problem areas included at no extra charge.
Pricing: Provide annual pricing per location and a total for all 11 sites, plus separate per-trap pricing for rodent control as needed.
