Frequency: Two or four treatments annually, depending on the property, during the 2027–2029 seasons; include separate pricing for optional 2030 and 2031 seasons.
Performance: Extended-release fertilizer providing at least 1 lb. nitrogen per 1,000 sq. ft.; minimum 75% broadleaf weed reduction, with additional applications at no extra charge if needed.
Enhanced treatments: Include aeration, overseeding, and shrub bed weed control at Towers East and Gross Towers.
Scheduling: Thursday or Friday applications after mowing; mark treated areas with application flags.
