What the job is
Initial Inspections: 50 single mast arms and 22 double mast arms, including signed reports.
Optional Services: Regular and special inspections, accident and natural-damage inspections, load and wind analyses, and project management support.
Personnel: Field supervision by an FDOT Certified Bridge Inspector or a Florida-registered professional engineer experienced with bridge inspections; weld and fatigue-crack inspection experience required.
Standards: Inspections and traffic control must comply with applicable FDOT, FHWA, AASHTO, and MUTCD requirements.
Deliverables: Stand-alone inspection reports with deficiency measurements, corrective-action recommendations, location maps, sketches, and color photographs, provided electronically and as one original hard copy within 60 calendar days after each field inspection.
Term: One complete inspection cycle over five years.
