What the job is
Project size: Up to approximately 35 single-family homes, assigned individually; participation and work volume are not guaranteed.
Site assessment: Evaluate structures, foundations, utilities, and access; provide certified structural assessments by March 10, 2027, plus required surveys and pre-elevation certificates.
Elevation design: Design foundations, structural support, utility relocation, and applicable flood venting for elevations at least 2 feet above base flood elevation, meeting applicable floodplain standards, Florida Building Code, and ASCE 24 requirements.
Plans and approvals: Provide construction-ready plans and calculations signed and sealed by a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer, permitting support, and historic preservation coordination.
Supporting deliverables: Include property-specific construction cost estimates, aerial and topographic maps, ground-disturbance maps, and site photographs.
Optional services: Quote bidding assistance and limited construction support separately.
