Cleaning: Remove gum, algae, moss, oil, dirt, and stains without damaging surfaces. Any cleaning agents must be non-toxic, biodegradable, and phosphate-free.
Sealing: Clean and seal stamped concrete traffic separators using SEALTHANE PLUS two-part water-based acrylic urethane sealer or an approved equivalent.
Resources: Include all labor, equipment, materials, your own water supply, wastewater containment, and daily debris disposal.
Pricing: Provide unit rates by surface type and job size, with separate mobilization and traffic control costs, for a two-year service term. Work quantities will vary.
