Protective relays: Test and calibrate 34 relays: 4 ANSI 50/51, 4 51N, 13 51Y, 2 47D, 2 47H, 4 32R, 2 81, 2 87M, and 1 25V.
Switchboard meters: Test and calibrate 27 AB40 meters: 11 amp, 9 kV, 5 Hz, and 2 kW meters.
Testing scope: Visual and mechanical inspections, insulation and contact resistance tests, functional and secondary injection tests, protection element timing, I/O verification, and trip/close coil monitoring. Calibrate relays to manufacturer tolerances and meters to scale.
Qualifications and equipment: NETA-certified contractor and technicians with at least five years of relevant experience; provide all calibrated testing equipment. Testing per NETA MTS-2019 and applicable NETA ATS/MTS standards.
Reports and warranty: Preliminary findings within 24 hours; detailed final reports with results, calibration data, adjustments, deficiencies, and recommendations within seven business days. Minimum one-year workmanship warranty.
Pricing and scheduling: Provide separate unit and total pricing for relays and meters, including labor and equipment. Coordinate service timing to minimize operational disruption.
