What the job is
Term: Three years of as-needed services; work quantities are not guaranteed.
Mowing and edging: Cut vegetation to three inches or less, trim around obstacles, and remove litter. Quote per lot for four tiers: 0–10,000 sq. ft.; 10,001–30,000 sq. ft.; 30,001 sq. ft.–5 acres; and 5.01–10 acres.
Debris removal: Remove surface and partially buried debris, including appliances, furniture, tires, paint, and batteries, with proper handling and disposal. Provide per-ton and per-item rates.
Landscape maintenance: Trim and prune trees, shrubs, and bushes; remove hazardous branches and overgrowth; and haul away resulting debris. Quote per labor hour.
Pricing and documentation: Include all labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, and disposal costs. Provide timestamped before-and-after photos, disposal receipts, and landscape maintenance timesheets.
