What the job is
Schedule and capacity: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with capacity for two simultaneous patients; treatments generally three times weekly per patient.
Staffing: Licensed dialysis RNs with current BLS certification and qualified nephrologist oversight.
Equipment and supplies: Provide dialysis machines, water treatment systems, consumables, medications, and emergency supplies. Treatment space and recliners are provided.
Service coverage: Include setup, teardown, maintenance, infection control, waste disposal, and treatment documentation within 24 hours.
Urgent response: Include urgent dialysis coverage; the stated response requirements differ between one hour and 12 hours, pending clarification.
Qualifications and term: Florida licensure, at least five years of dialysis experience, staff background screening and fingerprinting, and startup within 60 days. Initial term is three years with two optional one-year renewals.
Pricing: Itemize routine and urgent treatments, all supporting costs, and additional charges. Include medical professional liability coverage of $2 million per instance/$4 million aggregate.
