What the job is
Coverage: Approximately 321.99 acres and 1,403 trees; five-year service term with quantities subject to change.
Mowing: Up to 26 cycles annually, including edging, glyphosate herbicide treatment, litter and clipping removal, and brush control. Maintain turf at 3 inches, plus or minus 1 inch; include steep slopes, ditches, wet swales, and trimming around obstacles.
Schedule: Complete each mowing cycle within 12 calendar days, excluding Sundays. Work hours are Monday–Saturday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
Additional maintenance: Up to two turf fertilization cycles, two tree maintenance cycles, and six additional litter removal cycles annually, as needed. Tree maintenance includes pruning, fertilization, pest treatment, and mulching.
Other services: Planted-bed maintenance, tree and plant replacement, dead or fallen tree removal, tree straightening, sodding, and asphalt roadway edging as needed.
Pricing: Provide unit rates per acre for mowing, turf fertilization, and additional litter removal; per tree for tree services; per square foot for beds and sod; and per linear foot for roadway edging. Include labor, materials, equipment, traffic control, initial cleanup, and disposal.
