What the job is
Air sampling: For an 864-square-foot room, include four cassettes, four bulk/swab samples, and two outdoor reference samples, with three-day reporting. Quote post-remediation testing using the same sample quantities with next-day turnaround.
Laboratory services: Provide separate air and lead analysis pricing for immediate, same-day, next-day, three-day, and five-day turnaround, including reports, recommendations, sample receipt cutoffs, and laboratory operating hours.
Qualifications: Florida business and asbestos licenses, licensed mold assessor, Florida Department of Health environmental laboratory certification, and AIHA and NVLAP certifications. An owned, in-house laboratory staffed by microbiologists and environmental analysts must be within 25 miles of the service center. All work must use your own employees and resources; subcontracting is prohibited.
Pricing and term: Include personnel positions, labor rates, transportation, supplies, equipment, and handling. Prices must remain firm from December 16, 2026, through December 15, 2027.
