Shoreline: Control grass and brush within an 18-inch buffer landward from the normal water line.
Schedule: Treat both areas every two months, totaling six treatments per year, for two years with annual billing.
Qualifications: Applicable FDACS Aquatic Pest Control certification and at least five years of similar experience.
Pricing: Provide separate per-treatment and annual prices for aquatic vegetation and shoreline control, firm for two years and inclusive of labor, equipment, watercraft, chemicals, permits, transportation, and disposal.
Site meeting: Mandatory meeting on October 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the golf course.
