What the job is
Schedule: Two service visits per generator, in November and May, for fiscal year 2026–27.
Maintenance: Change oil and oil, fuel, fuel/water separator, and air filters; inspect cooling, fuel, intake/exhaust, starting, and generator systems; check gauges, safety controls, and alarms.
Battery testing: Perform specific gravity and load tests and provide results.
Emergency response: Respond within 3 hours of initial calls, or 2 hours during hurricanes; include after-hours and weekend coverage.
Pricing: Provide the total for both maintenance visits across all 17 generators, separate hourly rates for unscheduled repairs and emergency callouts, and a parts discount percentage off MSRP or list price. Include travel and all associated costs.
