What the job is
Fleet: 40 vehicles and equipment units, model years 1993–2023, including cars, SUVs, pickups through Ford F450, vans, and four Bobcat units.
Services: Scheduled maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to brakes, suspension, heating/air conditioning, electrical systems, and minor engine issues. Include required fluids in maintenance pricing and utilize applicable warranty coverage.
Turnaround: Routine maintenance within one business day; maintenance with routine repairs within two business days, unless otherwise agreed. Address after-hours breakdowns the next business day.
Qualifications: Connecticut business licensing and mechanics certified in ASE A1–A8. Please identify any vehicle size, lift capacity, or equipment service limitations.
Pricing: Provide hourly shop and diagnostic rates, flat rates for routine services, and a proposed maintenance schedule. Include all charges; no parts, supply, or subcontractor markups or separate travel charges.
Term: As-needed service for one year, with an optional additional year; initial-year rates must remain firm and work volume is not guaranteed.
