What the job is
Cameras: Furnish and install five exterior and 38 interior Reolink P347 12MP UHD PoE cameras with mounting hardware, cabling, connectors, weatherproofing, and required accessories.
Network and Power: Provide PoE equipment, four 1,000-foot boxes of CAT6 cable, appropriate 1,000–1,500 VA UPS units, and sufficient network capacity for all cameras.
Monitoring: Install one 32-inch UHD 4K monitor with mounting hardware, power and signal cables, and accessories.
Installation: Obtain required permits, remove existing cameras and accessories, seal exterior penetrations, neatly route and support cabling, label both ends, and provide exterior camera shade covers.
Configuration and Closeout: Configure recording, detection, time synchronization, and remote viewing; test and commission the complete system; provide system documentation and warranties; train the owner; and complete final cleanup.
Labor: Applicable prevailing wage rates must be included in pricing.
