Please quote on-call roof consulting and design services for University of Connecticut properties throughout Connecticut.

Assessments: Evaluate roof conditions on existing, new, and historic buildings, including roof materials, flashing, drainage, and related parts.
Design support: Prepare repair and restoration drawings, specifications, cost estimates, construction inspection reports, and reviews of roof designs and warranties.
Qualifications: Hold appropriate Connecticut architectural or engineering firm authorization and have at least one Connecticut-licensed architect or professional engineer.
Staffing: Be able to perform most services with your own staff.
Term: Anticipated service period is May 1, 2027 through October 31, 2030, with assignments as needed and no guaranteed amount of work.
