Scope: Design for new construction, repairs, replacements, utilities, and infrastructure; feasibility studies, equipment evaluations, and troubleshooting.
Deliverables: Reports, drawings, specifications, construction cost estimates, compliance studies, and technical reviews.
Qualifications: Connecticut engineering company license, at least one team member with a current Connecticut PE license, and ability to self-perform most services.
Schedule: May 1, 2027–October 31, 2030, with assignments issued as needed and no guaranteed volume.
Pricing: Please provide all-inclusive hourly rates for Principal, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Engineer, and Engineer roles.
