DesignStructural support systems, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for new construction, restoration, and repair of buildings, façades, infrastructure, and utility systems.
Analysis and inspectionsStructural and load analyses, forensic evaluations, façade inspections, special inspections, and third-party reviews.
Construction supportSubmittal review, construction observation, documentation, and engineering certifications.
QualificationsConnecticut engineering company license and at least one team member with a current Connecticut PE license; ability to self-perform most services.
Schedule and pricingAnticipated service period May 1, 2027–October 31, 2030, with assignments issued as needed. Please provide all-inclusive hourly rates for principal, senior project manager, project manager, senior engineer, and engineer.
