What the job is
Scope: Contract preparation, review and enforcement; legal advice and regulatory interpretation; ethics and conflict-of-interest guidance; FOIA request review; employment and labor advice; staff and board training; and coordination with outside counsel.
Qualifications: Firm and assigned attorneys must be qualified and properly licensed to practice in Connecticut.
Term: One year, anticipated to start in December 2026, with possible annual extensions.
Pricing: Provide normal and proposed hourly rates by professional level, fixed for the one-year term, and any available flat-rate or alternative fee options. Clerical time and overhead expenses are not reimbursable.
