What the job is
Equipment: Replace the existing chiller with a water-cooled, rotary-screw water chiller; confirm capacity and equipment selection from the equipment schedules.
Installation: Include associated hydronic piping, pumps, VFDs, valves, insulation, water treatment, vibration/seismic controls, and testing and balancing.
Controls: Provide BACnet/IP integration with the chiller, VFDs, and building management system, plus R513A-compatible refrigerant monitoring and audible/visual alarms. Existing cooling-tower controls remain.
Electrical: Disconnect the existing chiller and provide replacement equipment connections and emergency shutdown interfaces.
Schedule: Allow 190 calendar days to substantial completion. Include chiller procurement lead time in your quote.
