Annexation research: Monthly research of town and city annexations within or adjacent to the district boundary.
Mapping deliverables: Electronic boundary maps, county maps, legal descriptions, and supporting documentation for applicable annexations.
Filing support: File revised maps and legal descriptions with the appropriate county Clerk and Recorder.
Director District support: Maintain Director District maps, verify voter precincts in election years, and prepare precinct lists, maps, shapefiles, and district legal descriptions.
File formats: ArcMap/ArcGIS 10.x geodatabase using 1983 State Plane Colorado Central projection; Word for text files; Excel for tabular data.
Period: One-year base period with up to four additional one-year renewal periods.
