ScopeResidential, multifamily, commercial, industrial, and public facility collection of garbage, recycling, organics, and construction and demolition debris, including transportation to approved processing and disposal facilities.
Service levelsWeekly minimum collection; single-family service bundles a 32-, 64-, or 96-gallon garbage cart with 96-gallon recycling and organics carts. Other services require carts, 2–6 cubic-yard bins, split bins, and 10–40 cubic-yard roll-offs.
EquipmentSupply new carts and new, unused collection vehicles using alternative fuels, with GPS and cameras; include container delivery and maintenance.
Additional servicesBulky waste, holiday trees, annual electronics and universal waste pickups, two household hazardous waste drop-off events and two compost/mulch events annually, illegal dumping cleanup, and up to 30 public events annually.
SupportInclude customer billing, English/Spanish outreach, three dedicated outreach/compliance staff, contamination monitoring, and diversion reporting.
