What the job is
Eligible Participants: Seniors age 55 or older who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and have a qualifying connection to Victorville.
Financial Assistance: Administer rental and utility assistance, verify eligibility and amounts owed, issue payments to approved payees, and retain supporting records.
Case Management: Develop housing stabilization plans, coordinate benefits and referrals, and document follow-up outcomes.
Data and Reporting: Maintain confidential records, enter required data into an approved system, submit monthly reports, and reconcile expenditures.
Service Level: Assist at least 10 households through December 1, 2027.
Budget: Up to $25,000 for rental and utility assistance and up to $10,000 for case management, not to exceed $35,000 total.
