What the job is
Roof system: Approximately 16,637 sq. ft.; adhered 80-mil PVC membrane with factory-applied felt backing and white exposed face, in 6' × 60' or 10' × 80' rolls, over concrete on metal deck; roof design D-916.
Materials: Complete system including insulation, tapered insulation/crickets, cover and protection boards, vapor retarder, flashings, coping metal, drains, fasteners, adhesives, sealants and walk pads per plans. Membrane adhesive coverage: 100 sq. ft./gallon; insulation adhesive must meet FM Global 1-29 and 1-49.
Warranty and support: Manufacturer’s 10-year, non-prorated, full-system labor/material warranty with no dollar limit; 24 hours of manufacturer representative inspection, testing, training and installer certification.
Quote details: Itemized quantities, unit prices, brands/models, product data and FM Global wind-uplift listing. Separately price an additional 10% of all roofing materials, including shipping, for delivery upon request.
Delivery: Include freight and unloading, coordinated secure-site access, and delivery of requested materials within three business days of written request.
Site visit: Mandatory walkthrough November 17, 2026, at 9:00 AM; gate clearance information due October 28, 2026.
