Equipment: Two new RISO ComColor GL7430 printers, each with a control card kit, G10 500-sheet face-down tray, power cord, Power Guard Service Package, ComColor Express FS2100C (Fiery), Fiery Upgrade Kit, high-capacity feeder, high-capacity stacker with one cart, G10 paper ejection attachment, and GL CMYKG full ink package.
Installation: Delivery, installation, network integration, and functional testing within 10 business days of order receipt. Goods and services must be provided by Riso, Inc.
Training: On-site operational and troubleshooting training at each location within 15 business days of installation, with printed and electronic materials.
Maintenance and warranty: 12 months of maintenance and technical support, including quarterly preventive maintenance, replacement parts, software/firmware updates, and guaranteed on-site repair response within 48 hours. Minimum 12-month warranty covering parts, labor, and on-site service.
