What the job is
Service options: Provide monthly and annual pricing for once-weekly and twice-weekly cleaning, plus per-cleaning rates for on-call service. List any emergency, same-day, or after-hours rates separately.
Cleaning: Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures and touchpoints, wipe the baby-changing station, sweep and mop floors, remove dust and cobwebs, and thoroughly wash down restrooms at least monthly.
Trash and supplies: Remove restroom and vending/snack-area trash, disinfect bins, replace liners, and replenish toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Trash liners, toilet paper, and soap refills are provided; include all other supplies, equipment, labor, transportation, and disposal costs.
Facility checks: Check dispensers, lights, keypads, handles, and locks; photograph and report damage or maintenance issues; secure restrooms after each visit.
Term: Three years, with two optional one-year extensions; begin within 30 calendar days after the later of agreement award or purchase order issuance.
