What the job is
Scope: Collect, launder, professionally decontaminate, fold, and deliver clothing used in physical training and live fire training.
Estimated quantities: 240 t-shirts, 160 pairs of shorts, 80 sweatshirts, and 80 pairs of sweatpants per laundering; quantities may vary.
Schedule: Approximately every seven weeks, with 21 estimated launderings from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029. Pickup and delivery during weekdays, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., excluding holidays.
Turnaround: Return garments within seven calendar days, clean, dry, folded, and sorted by size and garment type.
Handling: Process separately from other customers’ laundry and provide itemized inventories at pickup and delivery. All work must be performed by your own team.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive rates per garment per laundering, including pickup, delivery, supplies, taxes, and fees.
