What they need

Supplies5 slip-resistant 3' × 4' mats, 7 slip-resistant 4' × 6' mats, 24 glass-cleaning shop towels (12" × 24" per rate schedule), 4 untreated collapsible 36" dust mops, 4 treated standard 36" dust mops, 4 wall-mounted hand sanitizers, and 4 refills.
Weekly servicePickup, laundering/sanitizing, and delivery during Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m., excluding holidays. Include a soiled-item container, repairs, and replacement of items worn through normal use. Quantities may vary.
Uniform setupNew or like-new garments, onsite fitting, trouser alterations, name tags, and logo emblems. Deliver supplies within 7 days of approval and uniforms within 14 days of fitting.
Term and pricingAnticipated January 1, 2027–January 31, 2030, with the first month for setup and rentals beginning the following month. Provide fixed weekly per-item rates, loss/damage replacement prices, and initial setup and resizing fees, including delivery and all service costs.
