What the job is
Term: Three years, anticipated January 4, 2027–January 3, 2030, with the start date subject to approval.
Empire Mine: 2–3 ADA toilets at the Clubhouse, 1 ADA toilet at Grooms' Quarters, and 1 handwashing station at the Clubhouse; service every Friday.
South Yuba River: 1 ADA and 3 standard toilets at Highway 49, plus 1 standard toilet year-round at Kneebone Beach; an additional 3 standard toilets at Kneebone Beach and 4 at Purdon Crossing during scheduled seasonal periods. Service Mondays and Fridays.
Malakoff Diggins: 1 seasonal standard toilet at Blair Lake serviced Fridays, plus 1 standard toilet at the Range serviced every other Friday year-round.
Equipment and service: Furnish fiberglass units with minimum 75-gallon tanks; ADA units must meet accessibility standards. Include delivery, placement, pumping, waste disposal, fresh biodegradable chemicals, interior/exterior cleaning, repairs, toilet tissue, and seat covers.
Additional needs: Provide rates for extra standard and ADA toilets, handwashing stations, and on-demand servicing. Scheduled holiday service is required; service hours are 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Insurance: Pollution liability coverage of at least $1 million per incident and $2 million aggregate.
