What the job is
Schedule: Three winter seasons through May 30, 2029, with an anticipated start of December 9, 2026. Seasonal servicing runs November through May; minimum twice weekly at Donner Summit and once weekly at Taylor Creek, including scheduled holidays.
Servicing: Pumping, fresh biodegradable odor-control chemicals, interior/exterior cleaning, toilet tissue and seat-cover replenishment, repairs, and off-site waste disposal.
Winter access: Include equipment for freezing temperatures and snow conditions, plus clearing snow and ice from unit entrances and doors at each visit.
Delivery and pickup: Include seasonal delivery and removal; subsequent-season delivery is due two business days before November 1, with pickup by June 5.
Pricing and records: Provide rental and per-unit servicing rates, delivery/pickup charges, and rates for extra units and service visits, including applicable taxes. Maintain service logs and email dated before/after photos within 24 hours of each visit.
