What the job is
Scope: Engineering for new construction, additions, renovations, and remodels, including HVAC, plumbing, industrial mechanical systems, elevators, refrigeration, fire sprinklers, and building controls.
Deliverables: Conceptual designs, plans and specifications, cost estimates, field investigations, LEED and zero net energy analyses, and bidding and construction support.
Licensing: Work must be performed under and approved by an appropriately licensed California architect or engineer.
Pricing: Please provide hourly rates by staff classification and service, and identify the regions you can cover. Rates will support a five-year retainer with individually negotiated project fees; work volume is not guaranteed.
