Maintenance and safety: Provide custodial services, preventive maintenance, minor repairs, biweekly inspections, security coordination, and 24-hour emergency coverage. Include docks, moorings, buildings, utilities, restrooms, landscaping, gates, and hoist equipment.
Financial reporting: Provide GAAP-compliant accounting, monthly operational and financial reports, annual budgets, and audit support.
Pricing: Itemize monthly management fees, personnel hourly rates, technology costs, and after-hours or additional service fees. Account for applicable prevailing wages and coastal water quality requirements. List the future boat launch, anticipated in 2030, as an unpriced option.
