Implementation: Discovery, configuration, migration of active and historical records with validation and reconciliation, testing, training, documentation, and ongoing support. Document retention must support 50+ years.
Pricing: Itemize implementation, migration, integrations, licensing, hosting, training, and support for a seven-year term with three optional one-year extensions. Estimated start is March 1, 2027.
